Front-End (Preferred)
- React
- JavaScript / TypeScript

Leadership Skills
- Experience leading teams of 5-15 developers.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Cloud-native solutions.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications preferred.

Education
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
