About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive on-ground sales, expand our retailer network, and increase product visibility in the local market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to travel across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct shop-to-shop visits to pitch and sell company products to retailers and potential customers.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer network across assigned territories.
- Drive ground-level sales, product promotion, branding, and market penetration.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
- Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with the management team.




- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, orders, and follow-ups.
- Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Travel within assigned areas to develop new markets and strengthen existing relationships.

Requirements

- Prior experience in field sales, retailer network, dealer network and distribution.
- Solid communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valuable relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market and retail network will be an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary + Incentive

Travel and Daily Allowance (TA/DA) up to 5,000.
