Pet Perfect is a cat litter and pet care brand from Vulcan Group. We are building our offline distribution network in Delhi NCR, and this is the first role in our sales team.

The role

You will build our offline sales channel from the ground up. That means appointing super stockiest and distributors, and getting Pet Perfect onto the shelves of pet shops, vet clinics and modern trade outlets across Delhi NCR.

Role & responsibilities

- Identify and appoint a super stockist and distributors across Delhi NCR.
- Map and onboard retail outlets: pet shops, vet clinics, groomers, pet chains and supermarkets.
- Plan and run regular market visits to drive retail coverage and repeat orders.
- Achieve monthly targets for primary sales, secondary sales and current outlets.
- Make sure products are well displayed and visible in every outlet.
- Manage distributor stock levels, orders and payment collections.
- Track competitor pricing,



schemes and market feedback, and report weekly.
- Help shape trade schemes, pricing and the expansion plan.

What we're looking for....

- 5-10 years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably Pet food or pet care, in Delhi NCR.
- An existing network of distributors and retailers in the region.
- Strong general trade experience, with a willingness to be on the ground daily.
- Good negotiation skills and discipline about credit and collections.
- Self-driven and comfortable working without a large team behind you.
- Must have your own two-wheeler or four-wheeler.
