Key Responsibilities
Develop CNC programs for milling, turning, cutting, and machining operations.
Interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and technical requirements.
Generate tool paths and machining strategies using CAM software.
Set up, test, and optimize CNC programs before production.
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams.
Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Maintain documentation of programs, drawings, and revisions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and material waste.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
