Job Title : Senior Executive - Export Import Documentation for Tardeo, Mumbai Central Location

Qualification : Any graduate

Job description :

- Manage end-to-end export and import shipments.
- Co-ordination with Factory for pre-shipment & Factory-stuffing/Dock stuffing.
- Negotiating with CHA/forwarders/carriers for getting best shipping option.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customers for shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Manage domestic dispatches and coordinate with transporters for smooth operations.
- Preparation of all documentation related to export and import shipments.
- Managing Export & Import processes related to Bank, FTWZ, DGFT, Customs.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and other applicable regulations.
- Track export incentives, duty drawback, RoDTEP, and related advantages.
- Maintain shipment records, MIS reports, and logistics cost data.




- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Production, Stores, Finance, and Accounts for shipment planning and execution.
- Handle customer queries related to shipment status and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Should have good oral written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge on export - import procedures
- Must have knowledge about latest rules & regulations in export - import, incentives
