Customer Fulfilment Execution: execute assigned transactions accurately and on time, including confirmations, updates, delivery coordination, and fulfilment-cycle support.

- Planning & Coordination: coordinate shipments, consolidations, containerization, documentation, warehouses, logistics partners, and internal teams to protect delivery commitments.
- Portfolio Monitoring: monitor assigned customer or market portfolios, identify delays, inconsistencies, and fulfilment risks, and take timely corrective action.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: resolve delivery, shipment, damage, system-block,



and documentation exceptions with urgency; escalate unresolved risks with clear business-impact context.
- Stakeholder Communication: provide explicit, professional updates to customers, business units, warehouse, demand planning, logistics partners, and other stakeholders.
- Compliance & Controls: follow defined processes, controls, documentation standards, and governance requirements while maintaining accurate records. • Performance & Improvement: use service data to prioritize workload, track performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and support process transitions, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
