About the Role

Cybrom Academy is looking for an energetic HR Training & Placement Executive who can manage student career readiness, placement activities, EdTech operations, and student success.

We prefer candidates with an IT background who understand software technologies, IT job roles, and the skills companies look for in freshers.

What You'll Do

- Training & Development: Conduct resume-building sessions, mock interviews, aptitude preparation, soft skills training, and interview readiness activities.
- Placement Management: Coordinate placement drives, interviews, internships, job opportunities, and student placement tracking.
- Corporate Connect: Build relationships with IT companies, recruiters, and HR professionals to create hiring opportunities.
- Student Success: Track student progress, resolve concerns, motivate learners, and improve the overall student experience.
- EdTech Operations: Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and academic teams to ensure smooth operations and better student outcomes.
- IT Career Awareness: Understand courses and job roles in Python, Java, Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI/ML, and Cyber Security.
- Reporting & MIS: Maintain student databases, placement records,



recruitment reports, and performance trackers.

Who Should Apply?

- B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, or a related technical degree preferred.
- 14 years of experience in HR, training and placement, campus recruitment, EdTech operations, or student success.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and entry-level technical job roles.
- Excellent communication, coordination, networking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- A proactive, student-first professional who takes ownership and gets things done.
