Key Responsibilities

Supervise the work of HSK team to ensure all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor that occupied rooms are serviced and those checks out rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest. Inspect occupied and non-occupied guest rooms, guest areas and Public areas and takes corrective measures in order to meet established standards in terms of cleanliness,



maintenance, supplies, safety and security. Also check that equipments are given proper care and maintenance while being used. Report, as directed, any observed deviations to established standards.

Produce schedules for HSK associates and PA Attendants in accordance with staffing productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments and make adjustment.

Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to make sure total guest satisfaction. Also monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies.

Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as writing reports, keeping data, in relation with the role function.
