Job Summary

The Manager Training is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of training programs to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness. This role ensures training initiatives align with business goals and help build employee capabilities across departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis, performance reviews, and consultation with department heads
- Design, develop, and update training modules, materials, and manuals
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for employees
- Support implementation of learning strategies and annual training plans
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback,



assessments, and KPIs
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions (scheduling, venues, materials, etc.)
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
- Drive employee engagement through learning initiatives and development programs
- Stay updated with the latest training trends, tools, and technologies
