Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and building enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in LLM orchestration, RAG architectures, AI workflow orchestration, multi-agent systems, and cloud-native application development. The role involves architecting scalable AI platforms, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering production-ready AI solutions for complex business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, architect, and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
- Build scalable AI systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool-calling frameworks.
- Develop intelligent multi-agent workflows with durable execution and orchestration frameworks such as Temporal.
- Implement prompt engineering strategies, confidence-based routing, human-in-the-loop workflows, and AI guardrails.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, identity providers, and cloud services.
- Design AI infrastructure emphasizing scalability, observability, security, and governance.
- Build conversational AI solutions, AI copilots, and autonomous agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices for AI application development.
- Stay updated with advancements in GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging AI frameworks.
