Role & responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with potential clients, nurture leads, and convert prospects into bookings.
- Coordinate and arrange property site visits and project presentations.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available inventory to customers.
- Coordinate with the sales, CRM, accounts, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding booking status, payment schedules, and project updates.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up details, and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and customer relationship objectives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.





Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- 15 years of experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, or client servicing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of real estate projects, property documentation, and payment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, follow up consistently, and work under targets.
- Professional attitude, positive approach, and solid relationship-building skills.
