About DUET STEM

DUET STEM sets up STEM, AI & Robotics, IoT and Tinkering labs in government and private schools across India. We work with schools, CSR foundations, NGOs and government departments, and provide lab kits, curriculum, teacher training and on-site support.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a confident female candidate who understands electronics and can explain technology simply to schools and clients. If you have worked with Arduino, ESP32, NodeMCU, Raspberry Pi, sensors or microcontrollers (in IoT, embedded systems, robotics, college projects or training) and enjoy talking to people, this role is for you. You do NOT need prior STEM education experience - IoT, embedded, electronics or EdTech background is welcome. We will train you on our full lab product range.

Key Responsibilities

- Pitch STEM, AI & Robotics and IoT lab solutions to schools, NGOs and CSR teams through calls, emails, WhatsApp and visits.

- Give live product demos using Arduino / ESP32 kits, sensors, robots and AI kits to principals, teachers and clients.

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with management to prepare quotations and proposals.

- Follow up on enquiries and proposals until the order is closed.





- Build long-term relationships with school principals, teachers and CSR / NGO contacts.

- Coordinate with trainers and the technical team for demos, workshops and lab installations.

- Maintain leads, meetings and follow-ups in Excel / Google Sheets / CRM and share regular reports.

Required Skills

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc / BCA in Electronics (ECE), Electrical (EEE), Instrumentation, Computer Science, IT or Physics.

- Hands-on knowledge of Arduino, ESP32, NodeMCU or Raspberry Pi, common sensors (IR, ultrasonic, temperature, soil moisture, PIR, gas) and basic circuits.

- Basic coding knowledge (Arduino IDE / C / Python); block coding is a plus.

- Good communication in Hindi and English; comfortable presenting and giving demos.

- Willingness to travel for school and client visits.

Good to Have

- Experience in IoT sales, technical sales, pre-sales, electronics sales, EdTech sales or as a Robotics / STEM trainer.

- Knowledge of Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), NEP 2020, AI kits, drones or 3D printing.
