Job Description: Senior Manager, Corporate HR

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR leader with 10+ years of experience to own key people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. You will lead training and development strategy, govern HR policies, drive campus recruitment, and manage rewards and recognition programs that keep employees engaged and motivated. You will also mentor a small HR team and partner with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training and Development

- Lead annual training needs analysis with department heads and design the training roadmap.

- Oversee induction, soft skills, technical, and leadership development programs.

- Manage external trainers, vendors, and the training budget.

- Measure training effectiveness (ROI, skill improvement, performance impact) and report to leadership.

- Build succession and talent development programs, including high-potential pipelines.

2. HR Policies and Compliance

- Own the drafting, review, and periodic update of HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct, POSH, grievance handling, etc.).

- Ensure policies are communicated clearly and applied consistently across the organization.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements; lead internal and external audits.

- Handle escalated employee relations matters, investigations, and disciplinary processes.

- Advise management on policy interpretation and risk mitigation.

3. Campus Recruitment Drives

- Define the campus hiring strategy and annual fresher hiring plan with business heads.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.

- Lead end-to-end campus drives:



pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollout.

- Oversee onboarding and engagement of campus hires until joining and through their first year.

- Manage internship and graduate trainee programs, including conversion tracking.

4. Rewards and Recognition

- Design, launch, and govern organization-wide recognition programs (monthly, quarterly, and annual awards).

- Manage peer-to-peer and manager-led recognition platforms, service awards, spot awards, and performance-based incentives.

- Benchmark reward practices against the market to support retention.

- Use engagement surveys and feedback to refine programs and reduce attrition.

- Plan and execute employee engagement events and celebrations.

5. Leadership and Strategy

- Lead and mentor HR executives and coordinators.

- Manage HR budgets and track HR metrics (attrition, training hours, time-to-hire, engagement scores).

- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational culture.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

- 5- 10 years of experience in corporate HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-lead role.

- Proven experience in campus hiring, training and development, policy administration, and rewards and recognition.
