Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the transformation of a next-generation Clinical Trial Platform. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving business process modernization, enabling workflow automation, and integrating AI-powered capabilities across the end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle.

Experience

- 12+ years of overall qualified experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Product Leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale platform modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience working with globally distributed business and technology teams.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence,



SharePoint, Miro, Figma, and AI productivity platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude.

Product Management Expertise

- Product Strategy and Roadmap Development.
- Product Discovery and Requirements Management.
- User Journey Mapping and Experience Design.
- Backlog Prioritization and Agile Product Delivery.
- Strong UX orientation with the ability to simplify complex workflows and improve user adoption.
- Executive Stakeholder Management and Communication.
