- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to financial products.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, identifying opportunities, and providing personalized solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
- Solid communication skills with excellent voice quality for effective phone conversations.
- Ability to work on an hourly/salary basis with flexibility in scheduling (rotational shifts).
- Proficiency in lead qualification techniques using various tools such as CRM software.
