Job Description Manager Quality Ebeam

Location: Urse, Talegaon, Pune

Industry: Electrical Cable Manufacturing

Experience: 1013+ Years

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality assurance and quality control activities for electrical cables, including E-Beam Crosslinked (EBEAM) cables.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable IEC, IS, EN, and RDSO standards.
- Handle product testing, certifications, customer approvals, and new product development.
- Coordinate customer and third-party inspections and audits.
- Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, 8D reports, and CAPA.
- Drive supplier quality improvement and coordinate with production and R&D; teams.
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure continuous improvement in product quality.




- Required Skills

- Strong experience in electrical cable manufacturing and testing.
- Knowledge of EBEAM cables, RDSO approvals, and applicable cable standards.
- Expertise in customer complaint handling, CAPA, and supplier quality management.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Note: Only candidates with hands-on experience in E-Beam (Electron Beam) cable manufacturing and quality are eligible to apply. Candidates without E-Beam experience will not be considered.
