Responsibilities

- Trading / Dealing in Equities / Shares/Stocks on behalf of clients with 0% dealing error.
- Achieving the business target assigned in terms of - generating revenue, acquiring clients, enhancing, and upgrading the client relationship.
- Profiling clients and suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite.
- Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
- Responsible for activation of trading accounts of clients.
- Cross-selling products like Insurance, Mutual Fund, PMS, SIPs, IPOs.
- Handling HNI clients.
- Coordinating with clients for their daily trades in Equity.
- Help customers execute trades online and place orders on behalf of customers.




- Making confirmations of orders and trades done during the day to clients.
- Acquiring recent clients through existing clients' referrals.
- Keep abreast of micro & macroeconomic indicators, global & domestic financial markets and impact on stock movements.
- Responsible for collecting margins/ market-to-market loss.
- Follow guidelines of risk management and settlement.
- Ensure compliance as per various regulators and organization guidelines.

Requirements

- Experience - Minimum 3 years - in an equity / stock broking firm.
