Position - Supply Chain Coordination - (Third party payroll)

Experience - 2 -6 years

Location - Gurgaon, Chennai

Working Type - Third Party Payroll

Week off - Sat, Sun Off

Qualification - BE/B.Tech - Any - Excluding Civil.

Notice Period - Serving Notice,/ Immediate joiuner/30 days

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage order booking in SAP, order validation, and inventory planning to ensure timely customer deliveries.

- Coordinate with sales, logistics, customers, and freight forwarders for dispatch planning, pre-dispatch inspections, and accurate documentation.

- Handle delivery notes, Letters of Credit (LC), HSS documentation, billing coordination, and tax-related submissions.

- Ensure on-time delivery, minimize liquidated damages, and maintain customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution.

- Support sales planning, budgeting, order book quality improvement, and achievement of monthly sales targets.
