Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to IT services, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions using tools like Datadog, Splunk, and AWS.
- Develop and maintain documentation for incident management processes, including ITSM procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues, escalating only the most critical cases when necessary.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in technical operations or a related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Robust understanding of monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch etc. .
- Proficiency in Python programming language is required; SQL database management systems are also necessary.
- Experience with ITIL framework is desirable but not mandatory.
