Job Summary

JD - General Analytic is looking for an experienced and proactive Assistant Team Lead / Team Lead ? Operations to manage day-to-day U.S. retail operations and lead a team effectively.

The role involves team handling, task allocation, workload planning, productivity and quality monitoring, SLA management, MIS reporting, process coordination, issue resolution, and timely delivery of operational activities.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining team performance, supporting employee development, ensuring compliance with SOPs and client requirements, and driving process efficiency.

Experience in U.S. retail, eCommerce, inventory, catalog, POS, pricing, or back-office operations will be an advantage.

The candidate should have solid communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and people-management skills and be comfortable working in U.S.-aligned night shifts from the office.

Requirements





- Exp - 4+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Retail Operations, eCommerce Operations, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in a Team Lead / Assistant Team Lead / Supervisor role preferred.
