Responsibilities

- Processing of Vendor bills, Import payment, ven ageing and its review, Import duty payment, TDS working and monthly payment, TDS Return filing, GSTR-1 GST working and reconciliation, GSTR 3B working and filing for all states, Annual GST Filing return, prepaid work overall vendor management.
- Process Purchase Return in SAP
- Process Duty Payment and entry posting in SAP
- Utility bill booking and payment
- Import Payment and ageing , Rejection Booking Import
- Vendor Ageing
- TDS Working and Payment
- TDS and TCS Return working and filed Return
- 194R TDS Working
- GSTR-1 Working, GSTR - 2B working and reconciliation and GSTR - 3B working and payment, ITC-04 Return Working




- GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C Working
- Prepaid Working and entry posting
- GIT Entry posting
- Vendor Clearing
- IDPMS Report
- All audit related Schedule-GST TDS

Candidate Profile

B.Com or M.Com experience of 4 to 5 years in Accounts payable, TDS and GST working - monthly and yearly return filing along with reconciliation.
