Job Summary

Experience: 10 to 20 years, with team management experience of at least 3-4 years.

It's a role of Team Management. Should have a team of at least 10-12 Relationship Managers with an Avg. AUM of at least Cr per RM, managing HNI / UHNI clients with investment > 1 Cr per client.

Responsibilities

- It's a role of Team Management.
- Should have a team of at least 10-12 Relationship Managers with an Avg. AUM of at least Cr per RM, managing HNI / UHNI clients with investment > 1 Cr per client.
- Candidate having own set of Client relationships & Asset Under Management (AUM), and who have handled different geographies would be preferred.




- (S)he would be responsible for acquiring & managing HNI / UHNI relationships and also managing team of RMs operating out of same or different territories.
- Recruitment and managing a team of Wealth Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.
- The Wealth Relationship Manager will be Responsible for acquiring Privileged / Preferred clients (HNI/Ultra HNI - min AUM of Cr & above clients).
- Recruiting, training, and ensuring seamless induction to the newly joined team members and managing attrition within the team.
