1. Handling database of listed/unlisted companies assigned.

2. Act as an intermediary between clients and internal teams/depositories.

3. Allocate responsibilities and determine accountability of each team member

4. Responsible for maintaining, execution and adherence to procedures as per guidelines laid down by

regulators and internal norms for Corporate Actions related activities such as Buyback, rights issue,

Bonus, Merger, Stock Split, Redemption etc.

5. Monitor and update the procedures, policies for corporate actions.

6. Setting up of Record date for pre agreed activities for Clients.

7. Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries, in accordance with customer service norms.

8. Act as a checker for reports/data prepared by team members before delivery to clients.

9.



Implementation of various SEBI circulars and ensuring compliance for the teams deliverables/activities

including TAT for all transactions.

10. Ensure all corporate actions are conducted in a controlled and compliant model.

11. Assisting Clients on procedures related to corporate actions, fees, documentation etc.

12. Guide and assist client in payout disbursement for Dividend/Interest, etc.

13. Guide and assist in handling of E-voting / AGM Activities

14. Assigning ad-hoc activities to team members.

15. Motivation of subordinates and performance management.

16. Collation of data and interaction with auditors
