Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines during API manufacturing processes.
- Oversee batch manufacturing operations, including hydrogenation reactions and centrifugation procedures.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to reactors maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in API manufacturing or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc), Chemical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines, batch manufacturing processes, hydrogenation techniques, centrifugation methods, reactors operation & maintenance.
