Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, prioritizing critical patients' needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications or changes in condition.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient progress.
Job Requirements :
- GNM or ANM degree with current registration as a nurse.
- 0.6-4 years of experience working in an intensive care unit (ICU).
- Robust knowledge of critical care principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
