Programming Language

- Essentially, we need a developer with valuable experience in any of Java, Python or TypeScript
- .NET is nice to have but not mandatory

Technical essentials

- Containers and Kubernetes experience - Must have
- EKS/ Rancher - Must Have
- Flux / GitOps - Nice to have
- Micro Services architecture knowledge is a must have
- Messaging using Solace or Pulsar or any other middleware
- Service Discovery - nice to have

Core abilities

- Problem solver
- Communication as they will be speaking with team s throughout multiple BUs
- Flexibility to move from task to task and absorb complexities with the multitude of systems we have
- Ability to drive a task without upwards delegation

Experience

- Worked on various projects (IE not one system for ages)
- Worked in various languages (basically a polyglot programmer)
