Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the
accounting operations acrossmultiple branches. This role involves managing branch
accountants, ensuring the accuratereconciliation of cash collections, and handling vendor
payments. The Accounts Manager will work closely with departments such as Operations,
Finance, Marketing, and Payments tomaintain financial integrity and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Accounting Oversight: Manage and supervise accountants across multiple
branches, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. Implement
andmaintaininternal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
2. Collection Reconciliation: Oversee daily collection and deposit processes, ensuring that
all funds are accurately reconciled. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in cash handling
and ensure proper documentationis maintained across all branches.
3. Vendor Payments: Manage the entire vendor payment process, ensuring that all
payments are made accuratelyandon time. Review and approve vendor invoices and
payment requests.
4. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and
Payments departments to align financial activities with overall business objectives. Provide
financial insights and support to other departments,



aiding indecision-making andimproving
operational efficiency.
5. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and support to branch accountants,
ensuring they are equippedtoperform their roles effectively. Conduct regular performance
evaluations, offering constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
6. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and review financial reports related to
branch accounting and vendor payments. Ensure compliance with company policies,
procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-> Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-> At least 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
-> Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash handling, and vendor payment
processes.
-> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
acrossmultiple departments.
-> Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-> Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under
tight deadlines.
Work Environment:
-> This role may require occasional travel to branch locations.
