Job Purpose
To build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, drive sales, and enhance overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Business and Functional Performance

- Ensure full adherence to measurable processes.
- Achieve targets across total income, net sales, new client acquisition, and liabilities growth.
- Track and monitor performance metrics and drive consistent business outcomes.

Customer Engagement and Hygiene

- Deliver products and solutions aligned to customer needs.
- Ensure all client groups are met once within three months.
- Maintain regular contact with all client groups every month.
- Review client portfolios along with Investment Advisors as required.
- Achieve minimum NPS score of 80 percent.

Sales Process Adherence

- Follow all operating processes for desk and sales.
- Ensure proper research and recommendation procedures.
- Maintain less than five percent deviation across RM and Senior RM activities.
- Resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines.
- Ensure no negative feedback in audits or product observations.

Compliance and Regulatory Guidelines





- Maintain 100 percent compliance across mandatory certifications including CIEL, AMFI, IRDA, PMS, and SIF.
- Ensure no pending risk profiler updates.
- Complete recommended fund declarations and avoid exceptions or deferrals.
- Respond to Staff Audit Alerts within defined timelines.

Product Mix and Delivery

- Deliver benchmark levels of product recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Focus on banking products across assets, new to bank clients, cards, and forex as key drivers.
- Enhance wallet share for liabilities through strong client engagement.

Self Development and Knowledge Building

- Perform essential activities each month for skill growth.
- Stay updated on functional and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrate positive leadership, guide team members, and build strong relationships.
- Maintain high levels of knowledge in equity and related areas.
- Focus on excellence, result orientation, planning, and continuous improvement.
- Set explicit and achievable goals aligned with desk objectives and track progress regularly.
