We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver enterprise-level, multi-module ServiceNow solutions.

Location: Remote / Work From Home
Employment Type: Permanent

Must-Have Skills:

- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- Now Assist
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- CIS ITSM

Key Responsibilities:

Architect integrated solutions across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, IRM/GRC, SecOps, and App Engine.

Design end-to-end solutions ensuring seamless integration, data consistency, governance, and scalability.

Translate business requirements into enterprise-level ServiceNow architectures.

Drive CMDB/CSDM implementation, integrations, workflows, automation, and platform governance.

Ideal Candidate: Experienced professionals with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise and hands-on experience across multiple modules.
