Role: W2/fulltime US it Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, submitting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding).
- Source candidates who are eligible to work on W2
- Work on job openings from direct clients or Implementations.
- Use job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, eligibility to work (W2), and job fit.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salaries, rates, and finalize offers (W2 hourly, salary, or contract).
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
