Process: US Healthcare – Voice Process

Locations: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Job Requirements

- Experience: 1–6 years, depending on the position

- AR Caller: 1–4 years of relevant AR Calling experience

- Senior AR Caller / Client Partner: 2–6 years of relevant experience

- Billing Experience: Physician Billing or Hospital Billing is mandatory

- Salary: Maximum 40,000 per month, based on experience

- Shift: Night Shift

- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

- Interview Mode: Virtual Interview

- Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Handle US healthcare accounts receivable (AR) calling.

- Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status, denials, and outstanding payments.





- Resolve claim-related issues and ensure timely reimbursement.

- Communicate effectively with insurance representatives and maintain accurate call records.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in US healthcare AR Calling is mandatory.

- Positive English communication skills are required.

- Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts from the office.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
