Position:

Manager - Assurance (Managed Services Fund Accounting) (5+ Years)

Senior Manager- Assurance (Managed Services Fund Accounting) (8+ years)

Job Description:

- Private equity, real estate, or credit fund administration
- Deep understanding of alternative investment fund structures, investor economics, and reporting requirements
- Advanced expertise in in private equity, real estate, or credit waterfall mechanics, including preferred returns and carried interest, with demonstrated experience reviewing, approving, and troubleshooting complex allocation and distribution calculations.
- Actual NAV calculation experience is essential, as many profiles only mention NAV reconciliation, which is not sufficient since the role requires hands-on NAV computation.
- Strong exposure to journal postings and accounting tools is required, preferably Investran or other PE accounting systems such as Geneva or Yardi




- Transparent understanding of waterfall calculations including capital allocation processes such as capital calls, distributions, and P&L; allocation
- Experience in financial statement preparation under US GAAP is key, including notes to accounts and disclosures, with responsibility for supporting or handling annual financial statement audits.
- Proven experience overseeing thirdparty administrators and managing complex fund structures
- Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced, international environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with a clientservice mindset, prioritizing accuracy, timeliness, and responsiveness
- Highly motivated selfstarter with solid ownership mentality and attention to detail
- Advanced analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong project management and team leadership experience
- Regulatory reporting exposure such as CIMA, Luxembourg, or ERISA will be considered a strong advantage.
