Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing overall store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, and leading the store team. The candidate must be willing to work at any store location across Uttar Pradesh as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Maintain visual merchandising, store hygiene, and company standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve performance.





Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a Retail Management qualification is preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems.

Experience

35 years of retail experience, preferably with prior experience in a supervisory or store management role.
