- Providing training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the motor insurance industry.
- Robust understanding of general insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in recruiting and managing a team of financial advisors/agents is an added advantage.
