Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Payment Posting Executive with 1–2 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in payment posting, including ERA/EOB processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments.
- Strong hands-on experience in posting payments from ERA, EOB, and paper remittances.
- Handle both electronic and manual payment posting.
- Identify and resolve payment posting discrepancies, underpayments, and overpayments.
- Ensure accuracy and productivity while meeting daily targets and quality standards.




- Maintain process guidelines and follow HIPAA compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare Payment Posting.
- Strong hands-on payment posting experience is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of ERA, EOB, CARC, RARC, and adjustment codes.
- Good understanding of US healthcare billing and RCM workflows.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong practical knowledge of US Healthcare Payment Posting, excellent accuracy, and the ability to independently handle daily posting volumes are preferred.
