What You'll Do

- Create compelling visual solutions, including presentations, logos, brochures, infographics, iconography, posters, web banners, marketing and event materials for proposals, workshops, and campaigns.
- Demonstrate a sharp eye for layout design and awareness of the latest design trends.
- Support the team and senior stakeholders in translating business language and complex ideas into impactful visualizations and compelling visual stories, balancing creativity, design thinking, and innovation.
- Solve design challenges through a consultative approach while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Work flexibly and confidently in a fast-paced, challenging, and highly innovative design environment.
- Take on design challenges that require discovery, thought partnership, innovative thinking, and team collaboration.




- Share best practices and tactical knowledge across offices, practice areas, and teams.
- Engage and build relationships with firm members and leaders.

What Youll Bring

We seek energetic and dynamic individuals with a demonstrated track record in graphics delivery. As a Graphic Designer, you will support multiple ZS practice areas and project teams and should be comfortable working across a broad range of design requirements.

- Diploma or certificate course in MS Office, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Excellent English language skills, including oral and written communication.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and often unstructured environment.
- Experience working in a collaborative design environment; experience with global or multinational teams is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
- Client-first mentality.
- Strong work ethic.
- Collaborative spirit and a problem-solving approach.
