Key Responsibilities:

- Be based in specified territory and travel to other South India territories as required by the RSM South or project demand.
- Candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for local travel requirements.
- Work closely with the RSM South to achieve regional sales targets and market growth in specified territory.
- Develop and execute sales plans to improve market penetration and project conversions.
- Identify, onboard and manage applicators, consultants, architects, and project influencers.
- Generate leads through site visits, references and industry networks.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and bids as per project and client requirements.
- Engage with consultants, contractors and applicators to promote product specifications and approvals.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Perform site inspections, sampling, mock-ups and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Resolve application-related issues in coordination with applicators and internal teams.
- Drive market development including remedial, rehabilitation, direct, government, industrial and commercial projects.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipelines and dashboards.
- Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables.

Preferred Skills & Attributes:

- Proven experience in sales of waterproofing or related construction chemical products.
- Strong industry connections and market understanding in the South region.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Southern states as per business needs.
