Key responsibilities

- Exchange Online: mail flow, transport rules, retention policies and mailbox issues
- SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams: permissions, sharing controls and governance
- Defender for Office 365: threat protection, phishing controls and security investigations
- Purview: eDiscovery, Litigation Hold, DLP, Insider Risk and data governance
- Intune across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and BYOD
- Compliance policies, configuration profiles, security baselines, Conditional Access and endpoint security
- Autopilot, app packaging and deployment, Windows Update for Business and device lifecycle
- Troubleshooting enrolment, compliance, app deployment and MDM/MAM issues
- Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, MFA, Enterprise Applications and Zero Trust controls
- PowerShell and Graph API automation, reporting, documentation and L1/L2 processes

Required skills: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview and Entra ID. Also hands-on Autopilot, MDM/MAM, Conditional Access, PowerShell and Graph API, and Zero Trust and M365 security best practices.
