Work Schedule: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs
Salary: Up to 7.5 LPA
Qualification: Graduates and Undergraduates (PUC)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience Mandatory

Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
Preference: Candidates currently based in Bangalore.

Job Description:

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for an International Technical Support Voice Process. The role involves assisting customers over calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing effective solutions while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities:





- Handle customer queries and technical support requests over inbound calls.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic technical issues.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams.
- Maintain qualified communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow quality standards, company procedures, and process guidelines.
