Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions.
- Cross-sell insurance products to existing clients, ensuring they meet their needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the client base.
- Provide ongoing support to clients by monitoring performance of investments, addressing concerns, and making adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in financial advisory services or related field (e.g., wealth management).
- Robust understanding of cross-selling techniques for insurance products.
- Excellent relationship management skills with ability to build strong rapport with clients.
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets and growing revenue streams.
