Real Estate Lead Generation Executive - Telecaller (Female)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our growing team in luxury real estate sales. The role involves connecting with prospective homebuyers - HNIs, investors, corporates, retail home-buyers etc over the phone, understanding their property requirements, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings/site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
- Generate qualified sales leads for luxury residential new projects and resale properties in Gurgaon.
- Manage WhatsApp Business chats, website enquiries, and social media leads in addition to telecalling
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, preferred locations, and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Coordinate with sales consultants to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach during all interactions.





Desired Candidate Profile

- Female candidate.
- Any graduate
- 6 months to 2 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales with a real estate firm
- Prior experience with a reputed real estate developer, channel partner, or brokerage handling Gurgaon residential properties is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good listening and customer handling abilities.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of Gurgaon residential projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Must be residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working with brokerage firms collaborating such as DLF, M3M, Smartworld, Elan, Godrej Properties, Signature Global, Central Park, Krisumi, Trevoc etc will be preferred.

Compensation

- Salary: 20,000 - 26,000 per month (based on experience)
