Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day sales coordination activities in a leaflet manufacturing company. The role involves interacting with customers for enquiries, preparing quotations, supporting negotiations, carrying out pre-cost working, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth order execution. The Sales Coordinator also works closely with the plant and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of material to customers, handles purchase orders, and follows up on customer outstanding issues to maintain strong customer relationships and efficient sales operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Good knowledge of quotation preparation, costing support, and order processing.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, sales team, plant, dispatch, and accounts.
- Negotiation support and problem-solving ability.
- Strong follow-up skills for deliveries, pending documents, and outstanding payments.




- Positive organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and email communication.
- Knowledge of ERP or order management systems will be an advantage.
- Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or order handling, preferably in printing, packaging, paper, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling customer enquiries, quotations, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-up is preferred.

- Response time for customer enquiries and quotations.
- Accuracy of quotations and order processing.
- On-time delivery coordination with plant and dispatch teams.
- Reduction in order delays and customer complaints.
- Effective follow-up and closure of outstanding issues.
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business support.
