Description:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 3-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere & Power Automate and a solid understanding of business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots and workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and solution architects to gather requirements.
- Develop reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.
- Ensure security, compliance, and coding best practices are followed.
- Support bot deployment, version upgrades, and platform maintenance.
- Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills





- 3-7 years of software development and automation experience.
- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms:
Automation Anywhere A360
Microsoft Power Automate
UiPath
Pega Robotics
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation, OCR, document processing, and API integrations.
- Experience with SQL databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of exception handling, bot monitoring, and production support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Agentic AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Python, .NET, Java, or scripting languages.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- RPA certification in Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Pega.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant RPA certifications preferred.
