Role Description

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to manage statutory, regulatory, and licensing compliances across the organization. The role will involve monitoring regulatory changes, managing licenses and renewals, conducting compliance audits and risk assessments, maintaining statutory records, preparing management reports, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Key Requirements

- Practical knowledge and experience in statutory licenses and regulatory compliances.
- Experience in Real Estate, Food, Fire, Factory,



Pollution Control, DG & Electricity, Trade License, and Import & Export compliances.
- Knowledge of RERA, FSSAI, Fire NOC, Factory License, Pollution Control Board consents, electrical/DG approvals, municipal Trade License, IEC and customs requirements.
- Experience coordinating with government authorities, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to manage license applications, renewals, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in compliance, legal, statutory, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks, audits, risk management, and statutory documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Solid attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.
