Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Qlik Replicate tasks, CDC processes, and ADF pipelines.
• Troubleshoot replication failures, pipeline errors, data latency, and synchronization issues.
• Perform incident management, RCA, and preventive actions.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and release activities.
• Manage connectivity, endpoints, linked services, integration runtimes, and service accounts.
• Coordinate with DBA, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in on-call support and major incident management.
