Job DescriptionWe are looking for confident and customer-oriented Inbound Telecallers to handle incoming customer calls, understand their requirements, provide information, and assist them with suitable solutions. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Explain pricing, offers, services, and relevant processes to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints or escalate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up information in the CRM system.




- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Maintain a polite and professional approach during every interaction.
- Achieve assigned customer service and conversion targets.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain accurate records.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate patiently and professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
- Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, BPO, or call centres
