ALULINK FACADE PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee site operations, coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor project progress, and ensure timely execution of work while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for all inward and outward bills and costing activities.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with client safety requirements and site safety regulations.
- Coordinate craft personnel, materials, and equipment to meet project requirements.
- Coordinate with the Site Project Manager regarding weekly payment schedules.
- Take accurate site measurements and maintain records.
- Maintain invoices at regular intervals.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with vendors and clients.
- Attend meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to review work progress on a weekly basis.




- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports.
- Monitor site activities and ensure project timelines are met.
- Resolve in office issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth completion of work.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Civil or Interior Works.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and site activities.
- Must be flexible to work outdoors for extended periods whenever required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
