Sodexo India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, and facilities management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in Technical/Engineering Recruitment.
- Solid sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
