KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1.Data Centre Monitoring & trouble shooting with windows server 2022/2025 (like Antivirus server, patch management, AD & Exchange 2019/O365).

2.Sound knowledge of the various tools like ITSM, ITAM, NMS, APM, SIEM, IAM, PAM.

3.Monitoring & Maintenance of the IP-PBX.

4.Provides support and deployment on firewall, email system administration, mail gateway.

5.Assists in preventive maintenance of hardware.

6.Monitoring IT Help Desk, EUC troubleshooting & Escalated Complaints.

7.Works closely with the reporting manager to Estimate user performance requirements for applications / Data access.

8.Performs root cause analysis of the complaints received to identify the potential causes of complaint

9.Monitors services levels between different functions of the organization in terms of the turnaround time required to resolve problems.

10.Ensure deployment of IT solutions/services at Units.

11.Routes complaints to appropriate people for resolution

12.Communicates solution to the user on resolution of the problem.
