Job Title: PGT English (Head of Department)

We are looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and energetic PGT English (HOD) to lead our Senior Secondary English Department. The ideal candidate should be an expert in English literature and language, with strong leadership skills to guide the department towards academic excellence and 100% board results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering advanced lessons in English Literature and Core English to Class XI & XII
- Heading the English Department and mentoring/supervising PGT & TGT English teachers
- Preparing lesson plans, course material, and question banks for Board Exam preparation
- Assessing student progress through tests, assignments, and remedial support
- Creating a positive learning environment and improving overall board results
- Contributing to curriculum development, workshops, and teacher training programs
- Coordinating with management, parents, and other departments for academic planning.





Required Qualification:

- 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board
- Graduation with a minimum of 55% marks
- Master's Degree in English from a recognized university
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory
- Candidates must have qualified the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET
- Proficiency in English language is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

- All degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in CBSE Senior Secondary, with prior experience as HOD / Senior Teacher is desirable
- Strong leadership, communication, and subject expertise
